AI Automation Engineer

Every client we serve drowns in the same busywork: leads to route, documents to draft, data to move between tools. You'll build the workflows and agents that take that work off their plates permanently — practical automation that runs every day, not demos.

What you'll do

• Design and ship automations across tools like Make/Zapier/n8n and custom code where those run out.
• Build LLM-powered workflows — drafting, triage, extraction, summarisation — with guardrails, evals, and fallbacks.
• Integrate the systems clients already use: CRMs, inboxes, sheets, payment and support tools.
• Monitor what you ship: logging, alerting, and honest measurement of hours actually saved.
• Scope automation opportunities with founders and turn a messy process into a reliable pipeline.

What we're looking for

• Strong scripting ability (TypeScript or Python) plus real experience with at least one automation platform.
• Hands-on work with LLM APIs — prompting is the easy part; you know about structure, retries, and failure modes.
• A systems head: idempotency, rate limits, and "what happens when this breaks at 2am" are reflexes.
• You can talk to a non-technical founder and come back with a build plan.

Nice to have

• RAG or agent-framework experience shipped to real users.
• Data chops: SQL, light ETL, dashboarding.

How we work

• Remote-first. Work from anywhere — we collaborate over Slack, Notion, and quick calls.
• Timing: Monday–Friday, with core overlap hours of 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST for standups, reviews, and client calls. Beyond that, manage your own hours.
• Small team, real ownership. You work directly with founders — ours and our clients' — not through layers.
