Web Developer (Back-end)
RemoteFull-time
Design-minded builder shipping fast, conversion-focused sites.
You'll build the websites our clients' businesses run on — marketing sites, landing pages, and light web apps that load fast, look sharp, and convert. We ship for a new startup every few weeks, so your work goes live constantly and in front of real customers immediately.
What you'll do
- Build and ship conversion-focused sites with modern tooling (Next.js/React, or the right tool for the job).
- Turn a designer's Figma into pixel-faithful, responsive, accessible pages — and fill sensible gaps yourself when the design stops short.
- Keep Lighthouse scores honest: performance, SEO fundamentals, and Core Web Vitals are part of "done".
- Wire up forms, analytics, and integrations (CRMs, email tools, payment links) so sites do work, not just look good.
- Maintain and improve live client sites without breaking what's already earning.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years shipping production front-end work; a portfolio of live sites we can click through.
- Strong HTML/CSS/TypeScript fundamentals — you don't need a component library to build something clean.
- An eye for detail: spacing, motion, and states that make a page feel finished.
- Comfort owning delivery end to end — estimates, deploys, and the occasional "it's down" moment.
Nice to have
- Experience with headless CMSes, Vercel, or e-commerce builds.
- Enough back-end to ship a form handler or small API without waiting on anyone.
How we work
- Remote-first. Work from anywhere — we collaborate over Slack, Notion, and quick calls.
- Timing: Monday–Friday, with core overlap hours of 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST for standups, reviews, and client calls. Beyond that, manage your own hours.
- Small team, real ownership. You work directly with founders — ours and our clients' — not through layers.
How to apply
Use the form on this page. Skip the formal cover letter — a short note plus the best thing you've built, shipped, or grown tells us far more than a resume alone.
